This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refunds work for purchases of CrackRound AI. We want you to be confident in your purchase, so we offer a clear money-back guarantee.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase CrackRound AI and are not satisfied — for example, if the tool does not work on your system or does not meet your needs — you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
- The refund covers the full amount you paid.
- No detailed justification is required, though we appreciate feedback so we can improve.
- The request must be made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email support@crackround.com from the email address you used to purchase, with the subject line "Refund Request." Please include:
- Your name and the email used for purchase
- Your approximate date of purchase
- (Optional) A short note on what didn't work, so we can improve
We will confirm your request and process eligible refunds promptly.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account. Any processing timelines from our payment gateway (such as Razorpay) also apply.
5. What Is Not Covered
Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
